- Suits friendly volunteers who enjoy talking to the public and being a sunny and welcoming face to our excited patrons!
- Provide excellent customer service, process online tickets, boarding and carriage allocations of all excursion trains and provide relevant and accurate information to all visitors.
- You will need some computer experience to navigate our systems and we will provide training and support so you can confidently help our customers
