Spinach and ricotta cannelloni in a tomato sauce, baked with mozzarella cheese

Mains

Baked chicken breast, stuffed with semi-dried tomato and cheese, rolled in prosciutto and served with roasted chat potatoes, broccoli and creamy sauce.
or
Baked 180gm Tasmanian salmon fillet, served on lemon risotto with rocket, pear and parmesan salad with lemon aioli.

Vegetarian meal is available upon request.

Desserts

Homemade sticky date pudding with caramel sauce, double thick cream, and a strawberry.

Homemade lemon tart with double thick cream and a strawberry.
