Architecture is the setting for chef-patron Mauro Callegari’s modern Argentinian cuisine. His Argentinian, French & Italian roots are exemplified in his menu, most of which is sourced from nearby growers and suppliers.
Local, Argentinian and rest of the world wines can be found on the beverage list. There is a garden courtyard to enjoy tapas and cocktails with a play area for the children. Front windows frame the timeless view of J.A.C Russell Park & Puffing Billy Railway's Gembrook Railway platform.
The latest collection of paintings by Mauro’s father – Jose Callegari are hung on the walls throughout the restaurant.

Artworks by Gembrook artists Sue Jarvis and John Krzywokulski complement the contemporary atmosphere where architecture, art, food and wine create the experience
