Passengers with Special Needs (eg wheel chair access) are recommended to contact Puffing Billy's Customer Service Centre rather than book online. This way we can determine whether your needs can be accommodated.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All the activities are held at Puffing Billy’s EMERALD Town Station located in Memorial Avenue, EMERALD (Melway Ref Map 127 E5).
Car parking is available thanks to the assistance of the Emerald Scouts at a cost of $2.00 per car.
The Puffing Billy steam train ride will take place at the time indicated on your ticket, so please ensure you arrive at Emerald Town Station at least twenty minutes prior to this time.
There is no room on the Puffing Billy train ride or the Green Bulgy bus ride for prams or pushers. An enclosed area has been made available where you may park your pusher when participating in these activities. Puffing Billy Railway will not be held responsible for passenger items or valuables.
The Thomas pantomime, staring ‘Thomas’ and the ‘Fat Controller’ will take place in an undercover seating area.

BOOKING TERMS

Thomas tickets are NOT transferable to other shows nor refundable, except on declared days of TOTAL FIRE BAN in the Central Zone, or the whole state of Victoria, when Thomas events will be cancelled.
Should a day of TOTAL FIRE BAN be declared in the Central Zone, or the whole state of Victoria on the date that you have booked to travel, we will endeavour to notify you by email and phone as soon as possible.
Should Puffing Billy Railway be unable to run this event we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another show taking place that season, however if this is not possible, a full refund will be given. In this instance, we will notify you of the cancellation by email and phone as soon as possible. As a result, we encourage you to provide us with your email address and a mobile telephone number at the time of booking.
Thomas events will NOT be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Tickets for Thomas bookings made up to 5 working days prior to the selected weekend will be posted out.
Tickets for Thomas booking made within 5 working days of the selected weekend will be available for collection onsite at the Emerald Town Station on the day of the event booking.
Unless already sold out, Thomas bookings will close at 12 noon on the Friday prior to the selected weekend.
Smoking is not permitted on the train or under any roofed areas.
Whilst every attempt is made to honour all bookings, Puffing Billy reserves the right to alter events, timetables, or locomotives without prior notice.
