The hills are magical in all seasons, so don’t let misty mountain days deter you from your wellness journey. Classes take place indoors in a spacious climate-controlled room and we have locally roasted brews to keep you snug in the cooler months.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in and don’t forget to bring your own yoga/pilates mat, towel and drink bottle. Your instructor may provide props for certain exercises but will suggest variations to suit your experience and comfort level.

Lakeside Visitor Centre is a COVIDSafe venue.
